Our region falls in USDA Zone 7. Our city, nestled close to beautiful Oak Mountain, is rich with agriculture history, including cotton farms, fruit and vegetable crops, as well as beautiful native plants and trees. Our climate is hot and humid, and lends itself to gardening all throughout the year.
